KAFKA VISCIOLA

KAFKA VISCIOLA is a fruit IPA. A refreshing and slightly sour beer, flavoured with local wild cherries and fine hops. A brillant colour and an aromatic explosion make it an intense, refreshing and never boring beer.

The beers that we would like to make are many, that's why we created KAFKA, a series of "one shot" beers where we can experiment and try out new ingredients. That’s why KAFKA will be a beer in constant change, in metamorphosis, just like the caterpillar turning into a moth. 
KAKFA as a tribute to the author of the most famous story about metamorphosis.
